Jonathan E. Collins is an Assistant Professor of Education at Brown University. His work has been published in Political Behavior, the Urban Affairs Review, the Journal of Urban Affairs, and Local Government Studies. He earned his BA in English from Morehouse College and both his MA in African-American Studies and Ph.D in Political Science from the University of California-Los Angeles.
